SwRCFCU is now offering mobile banking. Rather than waiting until you get to your computer to connect to Southwest Online, you can now use your mobile phone for convenient access.
With this new service, you can view account balances, perform account transfers, and see ninety days of account history.
Your login is very much like your Southwest Online login. Once you gain access, you will be able to view you checking, savings, loans, and IRA information. Just select the button you desire--Accounts, Transfers, or Logout.
If you are not currently a member of Southwest Online, you will need to enroll into Southwest Online before using Southwest Mobile Banking. Both services use the same secure 128-bit encryption system whether you bank by your computer or mobile device.
All browser-based mobile phones should be supported, but may display differently. The IPhone works with Southwest Mobile if you pinch and enlarge the site. A recommended alternative with the IPhone is to use regular SW Online, which offers greater features and functionality.
